    comfy bedding

Just a decent option for a couple of nights in Christchurch with best value for money ratio. The king studio had comfy bedding, made it easy to relax after a long day. Try to arrive early if you're driving to secure parking nearby.

It has a magnificent and unbeatable location not far from the Botanic Gardens, many restaurants, bars, and Hagley Park and Victoria St. Besides, Knox Church is very close to the hotel.

I really got great value for my money with the modern, comfortable room that had all the essentials, including a handy kitchenette. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from some fantastic cafes and bars, and the super nice team and friendly.

The breakfast option could use a wider variety of fresh fruit.

Came here for 1 night with my sister, had a such wonderful stay. The personnel were outstandingly accommodating and very helpful. The location was great lucky to be able to get one of the onsite parks though and the atmosphere was quiet.

    lovely terrace
    noise disruption

The hotel has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

Be prepared for potential noise disruptions since the front rooms are near a frequently used gate that slams shut.

    unstaffed hotel
    cold shower

kitchen area, tasteful decor, quiet street

No reception, which makes dropping off bags a hassle!!! The shower went cold after a few minutes, very inconvenient!!! Security of door code felt questionable!!! Window in the room was too high for natural light!!!

    comfortable bed

    Highly Recommend for Couples

The bed was the most comfortable we've experienced in ages! We spent a lot of time in the room due to the weather,, and the cozy atmosphere.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but given the comfort and facilities,, it felt worth it.

    well-equipped room
    unreliable wi-fi

The quiet street provides a peaceful atmosphere, and it's just a short walk into the city center where we find shops and restaurants.

The Wi-Fi connection can be a bit unreliable at times, a minor inconvenience.

    small room

The King Studio I stayed in had great design and really comfy bedding. I loved the high ceilings and modern kitchenette. The room was small but smartly arranged. Only downside? The bathroom felt a bit cramped for storage, but overall a cozy spot to unwind after exploring.

    Cozy spot with great vibes

This boutique hotel had such a warm, homey feel! The king studio we stayed in was super comfy and offered all the essentials. We enjoyed hanging out on the lovely terrace in the mornings. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger since we had to log back in often. Loved being close to all the cute cafes though!

    Couples looking for comfort

The room was clean and had a cozy vibe,. And the staff? Super helpful,, sorted us out when we needed an extra night without any hassle, just what we needed after a busy schedule.

It wasn't cheap,, but honestly,, it was acceptable for the level of comfort we got.
